Stokkers & Company Inc. is a custom homebuilding firm serving the New York area super luxury home market for over twenty years.

The company is dedicated to the character ethic of excellence, service, and the dignity of the individual. We have developed a culture of excellence by adhering to these principals and being mindful of the belief that the character of a company is defined by the people who work in it. We value our employees and subcontractors. They are skilled and experienced of course, but most importantly they are people of integrity.

The strengths of Stokkers & Company are; the people we bring to bear on the projects, the highest level of technical expertise, the ability to collaborate seamlessly with architects and our commitment to a thinking role as the builder. We are experienced custom homebuilders who advocate the interests of the architecture more aggressively than most builders. We are strong on quality, strong on service, strong on management and strong on ethics — the last being valued the most.

The company honors and respects its fiduciary responsibility to the client. We earn the trust of our clients with a process that is remarkably transparent and with a more professional, customer friendly approach. We charge a fixed fee for our services. Clients pay direct costs of the construction. We do not "mark-up" materials or subcontractors costs. We have never been involved in litigation of any kind. We are purposefully a small company, managing approximately ten million dollars of construction each year. Dale Stokkers personally oversees all projects. This allows for a comprehensive institutional memory and assures adherence to the founding principals.
